Over the years, the Linwood Park Cottage Owners Association has purchased and maintained unique and exciting playground equipment for active kids to enjoy. You’ll find timeless classics like a vintage merry-go-round alongside modern equipment, creating an experience with something for everyone.

Our spacious tree-covered groves are ideal for family picnics or simply relaxing in the shade by Lake Erie. You’ll find picnic tables, grills, and benches for your use.

In addition, Linwood Park has two designated dog-friendly areas, including a fenced off-leash dog run. Please see our Dog Run Rules for more info.
